Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Olivewood Auto Detail. We take great pride in providing high-quality car detailing products to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to deliver the best products and services possible. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1.1. Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which you received it.

1.2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.

1.3. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are exempt from being refunded. These include, but are not limited to:

2.1. Gift cards.

2.2. Downloadable software or digital products.

2.3. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

3.1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to sales@glarecanada.com or call our customer support team at 416 207-0155 to request a refund. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

3.2. Return the Product: After receiving authorization from our customer support team, carefully package the product and send it to 363B Olivewood Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 2Z8. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

3.3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If the product is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

4.1. Check Your Account: First, check your bank account or payment method to verify if the refund has been processed.

4.2. Contact Customer Support: If you still have not received your refund, contact our customer support team at 416 207-0155 for assistance.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a refund as per our refund policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective.

Sale Items:

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period may be eligible for a refund, subject to meeting the refund eligibility criteria.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

Olivewood Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
